Agenda Partnership are working with a national business to recruit an experienced Data Analyst in their Customer Contact Centre. Reporting directly to senior management and stakeholders this is an integral role for the business and will need a candidate that can hit the ground running.
Working in a fast paced environment the ideal candidate will need to be confident working to tight deadlines and be confident working independently.
With huge growth planned for the business over the next 5 years there is also plenty of career development opportunities.
The function of this position will be to gather data and process this into reports to present to key stakeholders involved in the contact centre across the business. This will vary from reasons for calls coming through, average call lengths, call waiting times etc.
Ideally coming from a similar analytical background you will need to have experience with MySQL
