Data Analyst/Costings Administrator

We have an excellent opportunity for a Database and Excel wiz to work within a busy Finance department

The role:

This is a varied and demanding role dealing with both financial and management information on a daily basis, working alone but as part of a larger team you will be responsible for:

  • Allocating detailed and multiple costs for jobs and creating invoices to clients using Excel Pivot tables, V look up and Macros
  • Liaising closely with other departments within the business to verify and gather information with regards to costing and invoices
  • Reporting on financial data to clients to support invoices using Excel Pivot tables, V Look up and Macros to create the reports
  • Answering queries from Clients both over the phone and via email
  • Undertaking ad-hoc project work as required

The ideal candidate

  • Will have a strong administration background with a great attention to detail
  • Experience of invoicing and costing works through timesheets and use of management information systems is an advantage
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, ideally with experience of Pivot Tables, Macros and V Look up
  • You will have the ability to work unsupervised and to deadlines whilst under pressure
