Data Analyst - PMP System

System Analyst - 18-month FTC - Central London - £35,000-£40,000

A UK based Law firm is currently recruiting for a Data Analyst with a particular focus on finance to work with the wider system team on a new practice management system. This is a great position for someone who has extensive experience working on PMS systems and if you have been part of a PMP implementation this would be hugely beneficial. Elite will be the system that they are looking to implement. The opportunity is for 18 months on a FTC.

Main responsibilities:

- Liaise with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers to maintain the relevant system

- Assist in the documentation and definition of a new finance procedure

- Maintain data structures within the finance systems and undertake reconciliation and being the first point of contact to resolve any discrepancies

- Data cleansing, validation and data migration from legacy system onto the new system

- Draft and execute function and regression testing within project timetables

- Draft test scripts for UAT

- Maintaining a finance reporting dictionary and documenting data sources and reports

- Analysing documenting user requirements

Person Specification:

- Through understanding of Finance (essential)

- Experience working within a law firm or professional services (desirable)

- Experience working with Elite PMP(desirable)

- Experience with Elite as a system (desirable)
