Since 2007, our client has been one of the UK’s largest charity reward organisation, partnering with more than 3,000 online retailers. Thanks to its platform, this organisation allows people to raise money for good causes when they shop online.

This is a full-time position based in Birmingham, paying £20-26K (DOE)


Key responsibilities of the role;

This organisation which provides online services, is looking for a Data Analyst to join its Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams.

As a Data Analyst, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with your team to drive the transformation of the organisation to a data and insight driven business
  • Producing dashboards, graphs and visualisations to track KPI’s
  • Identifying and analysing large datasets
  • Drawing valid inferences and making recommendations
  • Creating report on data quality
  • Dealing with the data engineers team to develop data and rule sets
  • Collecting and analysing social media and network to create insight personalization

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications;

  • Educated to degree level ideally within a numerate discipline
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to details
  • Data modelling, SQL and reporting tools such as Tableau knowledge
  • Organised, problem-solving and analytical
  • Mathematics and graphics skills
  • Previous experience using Excel, Matlab or SPSS to manipulate and visualise data is desirable
