SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for Data Allocation Administrators

These roles are immediately available, temporary on an ongoing basis. 

The manual allocation team is home based but welcome to go into the office as and when you wish so completely flexibility. 

You will be responsible for:-

  • Inputting orders for trade industry efficiently and accurately on system,
  • advise trade customers of out of stock/discontinued products, method
  • including telephone, fax, post and email.
  • SAP/Cicero/Microsoft outlook.
  • Administer all trade customer returns.
  • Undertaking adhoc activities

Skills and Experiences:

  • Extremely well organised and able to work off own initiative
  • A logical thinker who enjoys problem solving
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Outlook and Office
  • Self-motivated and able to work both alone and as part of a team

Hours:  8:00-11:30 (with 1 and half hour lunch) 13:00 to 17:00
