Role Responsibilities

MHR are expanding our data and intelligence team within Marketing and we are looking for 2 Data administrators to continually review and analyse the data within our CRM system and to ensure that it is always kept to its highest quality and complies with GDPR.

  • To work with key stakeholders throughout the company to assist with maintaining and improve the quality of data in the CRM system. Ensuring that data is acquired, create, maintained and erased in line with the data strategy.
  • To continually review the approach used by sales & marketing for data quality and work with the teams to review & identify where efficiencies can be made.
  • To work in collaboration with the rest of the marketing team to ensure quality of data is maintained in the CRM
  • To assist with the preparation of process and procedure documentation, including best practice guides for sales and marketing teams.
  • To help build a network of data partners for new names, companies, including review and cleansing of what is supplied.
  • Help identify subscriber lists and preferences for both prospect and customer marketing.
  • Provide reporting on validity and performance of new data
  • Reviewing data elements outside of standard contact details (telephone, email etc) to help create a more complete picture of people and accounts.
  • Ensure issues are escalated in an appropriate and timely manner
