We are a well-established manufacturer who hold many accreditations within our industry. Based in Haslemere, we are seeking a Data Administrator to work on a temporary basis for 4 - 6 weeks to assist on a specific project.
Working in the customer service and marketing department you will be responsible for assisting the update of data and contact details of approx. 19,000 records working mainly in Excel and our Sage ACT database. While our ideal working hours are 8.30am - 5pm Mon to Friday, we will consider candidates who are looking for part time work; 4 full days or 5 split days.

As the Data Administrator your role will involve:
- Sending emails to the customer database
- Logging email responses
- Updating Excel and Sage Act Database
- Following up non response emails via phone
- Collating data
- General AdministrationTo be successful for the Data Administrator role, you will need poses strong PC skills in Excel and CRM's/Databases as well as have a confident and professional telephone manner. previous experience in a data, administration and sales administration type role would be preferred.
