Data Administrator

My client is currently looking for a confident and professional candidate to join their busy and growing Network Development Team to provide all round Administration support

A key factor in the role is that you must have strong working knowledge of Excel - you will be required to pass a test at interview stage

Key duties & responsibilities;

  • Collate and input data received from field based staff into various reporting functions
  • Maintain an accurate record of all field based activity including visits with clients
  • Generate and update a number of Excel based reports on a daily basis
  • General Admin support - book meetings, take notes and accurate data entry
  • Create and maintain an accurate and efficient filing system for all documentation
  • Attend and contribute to monthly team meetings
  • Ad hoc support duties as required
