Our client is a well-established business with consistent growth, who now require a Data Administrator to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing all Sales Orders including checking sales orders for errors, allocating stock to meet customer requirements, sending order confirmations to customers, taking customer payments and despatching orders on the system. You will ensure sales order records are correct, ensuring no orders are past their due date, no order which cannot be fulfiled due to low stock, etc, ensuring every live order has correct stock allocated and a delivery address and date. You will also process Purchase Orders, raising weekly stock orders based on stock re-order levels, following up purchase orders to confirm delivery dates and confirm correct prices, and all purchase order data is correct.
Ideally you will good data administration experience, and be used to keeping data clean and updated. Previous experience working within trades business and ability to work with stock allocation would also be of interest. The company are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, so those available immediately / at short notice may have an advantage. The company is using Sage 50 software and are due to upgrade to Sage 200, so experience of either would be an advantage.
