The Role:

Danish Technical Support Engineer - Automation & Control

  • You will be responsible for providing technical support to customers as well as colleagues who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging systems.
  • Working across the automation and motion sector, incorporating PLC, Drives, Motion Control, SCADA, HMI, Networking, you will take full ownership of enquiries through to completion.
  • Cases can range from a simple query over a drive installation through to complex projects that require problem replication, in depth consultation and site remediation.

The Ideal Person:

Danish Technical Support Engineer - Automation & Control

  • You must be fluent in Danish and English
  • Ideally you will have a background in technical support or fault finding.
  • Strong customer service experience is essential.
  • If you have a background in field service, commissioning or design with the automation and control sector, then your application will be welcomed
  • Product experience within PLC, Drives, Motion Control, SCADA, HMI, Networking
