Danish speaking Customer Support/Data Analyst

We are looking for a Danish speaking customer support/data analyst on behalf of our client, a successful international manufacturing company to be responsible for providing excellent customer service through accurate data analysis and delivery of financial business reports.

Main objectives of the role:

* Providing an excellent standard of B2B customer service to company's Danish speaking client base
* Accurate and efficient report writing
* Desktop research and data analysis
* Attending client meetings, delivering presentations and talks
* Administration of required documentation, filing, database management
* Delivering ongoing training support to company's clients on products and services

Main requirements:

* Fluency in Danish and English (both written and spoken)
* Degree or equivalent qualification in related field such as accounting, economics or business studies
* Previous customer service experience, preferably B2B
* Ability to work to tight monthly deadlines
* Effective communication and relationships building skills, ability to communicate at all levels
* Strong problem-solving skills, ability to generate possible solutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and on your own initiative
