The Company:

Main duties:
To deliver first class customer service and respond all enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

The Role:
• To be enthusiastic and advocate the company’s product and use the brand knowledge to build relationship that enhance customer loyalty and increase sales
• To manage order processing in the system
• To tract customer parcels and keep customers informed
• To offer alternatives when products out of stock and be confident up and cross-selling
• To monitor and answer online reviews and feedbacks
• To update customers data accordingly in the system
• To give support to the Sales and Marketing team

The Candidate:
• Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)
• Passionate about Customer Service
• IT literate and CRM software user
• Excellent telephone manner
• Good problems solver and able to find solution
• Experienced in Customer Service ideally in B2B
• Car owner due to the company’s location (no public transport)

Salary: £22,000-25,000 p.a., depending on experience + Benefits
