As Senior Sales Executive, you will be a Device-as-a-Service senior solution sales executive within your territory working with our most important customers and Lenovo sales teams. You will lead a virtual team of technical, presales and consulting resources to advance the sales process and achieve/exceed quarterly services revenue and profit targets in your assigned territory. You will be selling managed service, the position is outcome-based and requires consultative and strategic selling. This position is a mix of acquisition and incumbent sales. You will help our customers take advantage of our services value proposition.
• Experienced: 7+ years’ experience selling managed services solutions to large/global enterprise customers
• Effective territory/account management: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder and executive communication, needs analysis, value engineering, services/partner engagement, opportunity management, pipeline management, large dollar deal negotiation required
• Accountable & responsible for communication to external and internal executives & teams, including sales and business case presentations, deal close presentations and account review processes
• Accountable for pursuit team including managing pursuit project plan, assessment, solution, RFP response, proposal, pricing and calculations, SOW, MSA business decisions, delivery & operations requirements and business decisions including revenue, profit and risk
• Experience and expertise selling to C-Level business decision makers by aligning & reinforcing the value of the solution to the customer’s overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities and decision criteria.
• The position requires the ability to articulate and present the business value of Lenovo's Services solutions and have a firm understanding of Lenovo's Services strategies and products
• Experience leading large deals especially those complex deployment solutions
• Strong skills in consultative and strategic selling methodologies
• Knowledge of market landscape, competitive and channel partners´ solutions and capabilities
• Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs.
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• English - fluent
• Consumption-based sales experience in SaaS, DaaS, or Cloud Services.
• Global Account or Global Enterprise Account Sales experience with multiple stakeholder buy in.
