You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, take ownership of customer service queries, have a professional telephone manor, be confident to liaise with all departments across the business, record details of inquiries, comments and complaints and handle warranty claims for your territory.
You must have
- High level English and Czech/Slovak written and verbal
-Proficient in Microsoft programs and epos systems
-Willing to travel possibly around the EU
- strong relationship management
-Good organisational skills
-Can work under pressure and to tight deadlines
-use of SAP or CRM systems
Within this role you will have the chance to earn commission and overtime earning up to an additional £12,000 p/a, there us also competitive holidays and pension scheme.
