Cyber Security Sales Specialist

A new role for a has arisen due to the expansion of a very successful IT Security Consultancy and MSSP. This business has done very well by increasing upon their client base which include a multitude of high profile global clients yet still retain their smaller clients who have been loyal from the start. The company’s ethos is that although what they do is highly specialist, they retain the human element both within their workforce and in the service they offer their clients. The role is 80% field based and 20% office based.

The role Cyber Security Sales Specialist will suit someone who has a strong sales and account management background with the drive and passion to continue to drive the business to the next level. We are specifically seeking an experienced Field Sales Consultant who has a proven sales consultancy background within Cyber Security or IT.

This role would give the ideal candidate an opportunity to take ownership of their own client base and the autonomy to drive an already successful and growing company even further forward.

We are looking for a straight talking experienced sales person who quite simply wishes to sell an excellent service whilst being remunerated well for their efforts. We are not recruiting on behalf of a company where you are just a number - you would be joining a very down to earth and dedicated team of employees who all share the same goal and genuinely gel together.

What do you need to have to be considered for the role of Cyber Security Sales Specialist?

  • A technical mind-set - this is imperative. The consultation and services you are discussing with prospective and current clients requires you to have the knowledge and experience of selling within IT/Cyber Security/Software/Hardware industries
  • 5-10 years sales experience with at least 2 of those in Cyber.
  • You will have an exceptional telephone manner with the confidence to approach and pitch the company to new business prospects. You are having consultative and intricate conversations with decision makers
  • You must be extremely self-motivated, passionate about your clients and a desire to ensure they receive the best and honest consultation service best suited to their needs
  • Willingness to travel
