Role Responsibilities

Forms part of the customer training team to provide training delivery and related support to new and existing customers, This role is a home based contract and you can be located anywhere in the UK.

  • Deliver training courses to customers
  • Support with the development of, and updates to, training materials
  • Assist in the design and delivery of specialist product sessions and seminars
  • Assist in development, design and delivery of new training opportunities
  • Assist in the evaluation of training provisions
  • Evaluate customer competency levels and identify training requirements
  • Identify additional customer service revenue opportunities
  • Complete and submit accurate timecard and expenses on a weekly basis to reflect delivery time and costs associated with each customer
