Customer Advisor / Technical Support Assistant
Exciting opportunity to work for Northumbrian Water, Washington.
3 months minimum
£11.05 per hour
Part Time
8 hours per week
Saturday 6 am - 10am and Sunday 6am - 10am

The type of work involved which full training is given will include:

· Effective management of the handover between the Customer centre and Planning & Scheduling into the control room

· Call handling

· Taking payments for appointments

· Twitter updates

· Dispatch through MWM

· Putting customer message on the phone lines

· Development of OPM (corporate planning system) for incidents

· Utility Plans to send out to the field

· Develop and understanding of SCADA and the water & wastewater networks

· Data entry to support RCC and other company alignment work, e.g. Call out management system (CMS)
