Customer Support Technician - ongoing contract - Based in Stevenage - £8.75 per hour

Fujitsu UK are a leading IT company who provide IT Systems, Services and Products to various customers, based in conveniently located offices in Stevenage. We currently have vacancies for a number of Customer Support Technicians to join our team who will be responsible for providing telephone support to IT Users who may be experiencing technical issues with hardware, software or networking problems.

The successful Customer Support Technician should posssess excellent customer services and problem solving skills as you will be responding to incoming calls, liaising with our customers, logging our customer calls and helping to resolve their issues by taking the customer through a step by step problem solving process. Whilst some IT knowledge would be preferable, it is not essential as the most important skills required are customer service and problem solving ability, full training will be provided so this is a great step into IT with highly recognised organisation.

Key skills requires are as follows:

- Previous customer service, call centre or helpdesk experience is preferred
- IT / Computer literate
- Ability to problem solve
- Strong Communication skills
- Clear telephone manner

Details of the position are as follows:

Position: IT Support Technician / Customer Support Technician / IT Helpdesk / Service Desk / 1st Line Support / IT Analyst


Contract: Ongoing Contract


Pay: £8.75 per hour (40 hours per week)


Hours: 40 per week - rotating shifts - 8 hours per shift 5 days a week between 8.00am and 8.00pm Monday - Sunday
