Customer Support Technician, Liverpool, Permanent, Salary up to £25,500, Full time 35 hrs per week (Mon - Fri),
We are recruiting for a number of Customer Support Technicians to join one of the largest and most respected Business Process Service providers to the UK Life and Pensions industry.
We are in need of individuals who are able to conduct end to end process audits, together with T&C transactional audits and provide feedback. In addition being able to identify complaints, trends in place, regulatory mailings as well as analysing & reviewing policies. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced and dynamic financial services organisation.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Analytical & MI background
- Financial services experience
- 25 days holidays + Bank Holidays
