Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a native Dutch speaker to provide excellent customer service, through accurate data analysis and delivery of financial business reports (Composite reporting), for a well established Reading based company.

The role:

  • Provide excellent standard of customer service in local language to our regional client base and shows evidence of designing or implementing successful changes to improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure accurate data and on time publication of reports
  • Pro-actively review and improve Validation Rules
  • Maximise dealer participation in Composite reporting
  • Ensure specific Brand service requirements are delivered in accordance to brands strategies and customer service level agreements

Skills & experience:

  • Cultural Awareness
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally and build relationships at all levels from dealers to client senior management
  • Good problem solving skills, ability to generate possible solutions
  • Ability to work in a high pressure team environment
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
