Customer Support - SaaS Solutions - Tech

An excellent and unique SaaS solution provider to FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies are looking to expand their support team by adding a Customer Support individual to directly manage their valued customers and support their SaaS application.

This SaaS solution provider pride themselves in their exceptional customer service and are looking for a personable, professional and intelligent individual to join their team. As part of the Customer Support team you will be responsible for provident exceptional, empathetic support to all customers. You will need to react well under pressure and keep a level and calm head.

For this role it is essential that you have previous experience supporting customers with an in-house SaaS solution where you have liaised with end-users regularly. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and have the opportunity to put together and providing training to future additions to the Customer Support team.
