Customer Support Officer- PART TIME (10 hours per week)
Capita are the preferred recruitment supplier for a leading Regulator who are expanding and leading the way as an independent body. We are looking to recruit a Customer Support Officer to complete all operational activities associated with incoming customer support, including; receiving, checking understanding, logging, taking ownership and resolving enquiries, requests for advice and assistance, and complaints.
You will be a member of a team of Customer Support Officers to complete the day-to-day activities and tasks of the department in line with individual and team performance indicators and key performance indicators
Duties will include
To gate-keep, triage, receive and develop intelligence received in a variety of forms, and develop that intelligence for use in regulating businesses and individuals
To request information from partner intelligence agencies and to deal with request from external agencies
Provide a dedicated account management service
To assist and support people and organisations to comply through providing advice and guidance
To respond to customer enquiries from a variety of access / contact channels
Candidates applying will have a successful track record in undertaking challenging conversations with people whether this be on the phone or face to face and experience of effective relationship building with customers and key stakeholders. Experience in working to a range of performance indicators including productivity, quality and impact. Is a must, together with familiarity of working within a team environment.
