My fantastic Client is looking for a Customer Support Executive, this is an exciting opportunity to continue making the Customer Journey a positive one.

You Will Have:

  • A strong background in Customer Service and complaints
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and targets
  • Be a brand ambassador continually driving the brand and the business
  • Ability to maintain the Customer satisfaction
  • Ability to create new policies and procedures
  • Confidence and determination

You Will Be:

  • Reviewing and resolving customer complaints
  • The ability to handle complex and escalated customer service issues
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Define and communicate customer service standards
  • Monitor accuracy of reporting and database information
  • Analyse relevant data to determine customer service outputs
  • Implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
  • co-ordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives
