Customer Support Executive

£16K - £18K per annum

Our client is seeking a Customer Services Assistant who will support the Customer Service specialists to provide an outstanding service to their clients. The Customer Services Assistant will:

Build and maintain a strong relationship with existing clients
Identify any cross selling opportunities
Manage all enquiries via email and telephone, progress issues and resolve effectively within a timely manner
To promote and assist in all of the company's products and services
Continuously provide feedback to the management team in how the department's processes can be improved
Provide weekly reports on the departments' progress and targets
Supporting other team members with any enquiries and ad-hoc administrative support

The ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum of 1 years' experience in working with an administration/customer service role
Have outstanding communication skills; both written and verbal
Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Have a clear telephone manner and excellent listening skills
Have the ability to resolve problems within a short timescale
Be flexible in their working environment and have the ability to help others

Working hours are 08:30 - 17:30 with 1 hour for lunch (Mon to Thurs) and 8.30am to 17:00 with a 30 minute for lunch on Fridays.
