Provide telephone support and advice for e-commerce clients and claimants, utilising proven customer service skills. Handle all calls within performance targets in a professional manner following agreed scripts and procedures. Handle all external/internal enquiries and sales pro actively, following agreed procedures.
Handle claims information, first notification of loss calls, carry out medical screening as and when required.
Respond to customer emails/letters within agreed time frames in a professional manner following agreed procedures. Experience of working within a customer service environment, possess excellent telephone manner, good typing skills and be PC and internet literate.
Previous experience within a customer service environment is essential, ideally within an insurance or travel industry.
