Customer Support Executive
Worthing, West Sussex
Hours of Work: weekly shift patterns between 8am and 8pm; Saturday 9-1 (1 Sat in 4)
Salary £18000 with the opportunity to progress up the salary ladder to £22000; plus quarterly performance related bonuses of up to 30%; additional take home of £300-400 per month in bonus with 6 month salary reviews.

The Customer Consultant will support the business needs through the collecting of cash on heavily delinquent accounts via acceptable methods whilst remaining compliant. Notify parties of legal procedures and consequences and answer all legal queries (but not give advice) and give information on account/payment history. Resolve issues over the telephone.
The ideal candidate
-Excellent verbal communication skills
-Questioning and listening skills
-Telephone/call centre experience desired, not essential
-Previous experience of working to targets
-Ability to negotiate and influence
-Able to adapt to fluctuating workloads
-Persistent and determined
Your education will be Senior High School education or GCSE equivalent. We are looking for previous recent experience in a call centre environment and previous experience of working to targets.
