Customer Support Executive

Location: Based at our offices in Eastcote (Piccadilly and Metropolitan Tube 1 min walk)

Salary:£18,000 – £22,000 per annum Depending on experience

Our client are a class leading software solutions provider to the mobile and device recycling market.  With an international customer foot print and ambitious growth plans. They are looking to add customer support staff to their growing team

The Customer Support Executive role

You are an ambitious and confident individual with a great work ethic. You are comfortable with technology and have some experience supporting pc based solutions. You are of course a team player and are happy to put your effort into any role requested. You are comfortable using the telephone and have excellent spoken and written English

Customer Support Executive duties:

  • Assisting customers remotely to install and use PC software solutions
  • Remote training customers and demonstrating services via Team Viewer
  • Engaging with prospects by telephone and email and help desk
  • Assisting the CTO Testing new product development
  • Supporting their tech teams in Hungary and India
  • Producing training collateral
  • Calling customers to engage with services
  • Marketing services through their intranet
  • Actively contributing to product development
  • Providing feedback to enhance propositions

The ideal Customer Support Executive will need the following skills:

  • You’ll become the first point of support for their existing clients
  • You’ll need either a proven track record of high-level, dedicated customer service experience behind you or be able to demonstrate a willingness and aptitude to learn.
  • Excellent spoken English
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Great listening skills
  • Good typing skills
  • A patient approach
  • An understanding attitude
  • The determination to go the extra mile for their customers every day to provide that truly personal service and help make us the best at what they do
  • English & Maths A-C GCSE or equivalent
