An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a busy team responsible for providing excellent 1st line customer support to our clients as well as assisting with customer payment transactions.

Key responsibilities

In this role you will primarily be responsible for responding to all customer queries and complaints. You will need to work cooperatively with colleagues and other teams to ensure a positive customer experience. Resolving and investigating payment queries will also be a key part of this role.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong customer service background and be passionate about delivering a high level of service to customers in high pressure situations. Previous customer service or middle office experience is essential and knowledge of payments formats such as Swift, Bacs, Chaps and Barclays.net is an advantage. You should work in a time efficient manner and be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
