Customer Support Executive

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive to make outbound Business to Business sales calls to existing and lost customers. Typical duties will involve phoning existing, lost and confirmed new business customers (no cold calls and no B2C calls) to advise them of promotions, take orders, increase wallet share and advise of any price changes.

Based in Trafford Park, Working Monday to Friday, 40hrs/wk (working hours 08:30am to 17:30 finish) the role will involve making around 40 B2B calls per day, phoning existing, lost and new leads to take sales orders and gain further customer details

Primary purpose of role

. Responsible for making outbound telesales calls to business customers, to take orders and win business

. Phoning customers (existing, lost and new) from a predetermined contact list

. Willing to go the extra mile to meet the needs of our customers, by being a team player who is proactive in their approach

Essential Requirements

. Ability to work to a telesales sales target, in a tenacious and professional manner

. Customer focussed, representing Platinum in a professional manner to ensure that each call is made consistently well with a positive impact

. Good Verbal and good Written communication skills

Benefits

. Salary - £18,000 to £20,000 per annum (depending on skills and relevant experience)
