Customer Support Executive - Online & Digital
Location: Central London Salary: £25,000-£28,000
My client provides a leading provider of online services across the UK, their websites are very well known.
We’re looking for someone bright, motivated and ambitious who wants a very hands-on role. You’ll be working alongside and learning from some of the brightest minds in the business.
- Managing enquiries via telephone & written coming in and actioning them accordingly.
- Taking inbound calls from our customers & partners and assisting with any queries they may have.
- Outbound calling to potential new suppliers explaining the various services.
- Assisting with the day to day 'team’ inbox - helping customers with any queries they may have.
- Managing social media channels.
- Managing online reviews and responding accordingly.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Work well under pressure, self-starters
- Great organisational skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English, with a clear and confident communication style.
- Driven, motivated with a good work ethic.
- An eagerness to learn.
