Role Overview
A Customer Support Executive, with strong customer service skills and AAT or ACCA qualified is required for a tech company in Pill. A salary of up to £21,000 is offered depending on experience.

The Customer Support Executive will have previously provided customer support and within an accounts function. The candidate will be working alongside the Finance Director. The Customer Support Exectuive will provide support for customers on their accounts systems including, logging issues, training and liaising with customers and departments within the company.

Required skills
The Customer Support Executive will ideally have the following skills / qualifications:

- AAT or ACCA Qualified (or extensive QBE)
- Help-desk style customer service experience
- Strong organisation skills
