Customer Support Executive - £Competitive + benefits

In this role, you will be supporting the team in managing the Accredited Study Centre Network in the UK and internationally. This will include the accreditation processes and quality systems and ensuring corresponding information is accurate and up to date. You will also provide full administrative support to the volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with day to day enquires from study centre network, managing all study centre data and communicating changes with relevant stakeholders

  • Dealing with accreditation enquiries and sending out relevant documentation

  • Raising invoices and credit notes for study centre administration

  • Updating information on websites and providing support for tutor training events

  • Sending out annual accreditation/self-review documents

  • Preparing and distributing case studies to study centres and sending out student results

  • Ensuring all databases and websites hold current and up to date information

  • Managing the full events process from start to finish

  • Assisting and contributing to the day to day running of the networks support team

  • Fulfilling requests for materials, resources and statistical information and providing advice as required

  • Ensuring all policies and procedures for volunteers are updated regularly

Essential Skills/ Experience:

  • Previous experience in a fast paced customer service / administrative role is essential

  • Experience in the education sector is highly beneficial

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Confident and professional telephone manner

  • Organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and maintain service levels

  • Ability to develop good working relationships with members and colleagues

  • Accurate with a good attention to detail

  • Excellent MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Ability to learn and hold high volumes of information
