Reqiva are working with a technology company based in Bristol who require a customer support engineer to join their team. This is a position for candidates that have a passion for customer service and are natural problem solvers and have a talent for technical troubleshooting.
*Manage incoming calls from customers
*Complaint resolution and tracking
*Build strong customer relationships
*Ensure strong record keeping to assist in continual improvement for customers
Skills and Experience:
*Experience in a customer support position
*Strong communication skills in line with a phone based position
*Familiarity with Wi-Fi and network troubleshooting
*Proactive mindset and ability to multi task
