As a representative for the bank, you will be working as part of the collections team dealing with calls from our customers who will have arrears on their accounts. These customers are at the heart of everything the business does so, as an individual you will need to be a confident communicator who is customer focused and able to use own initiative as some of these customers may be facing financial hardship. Your core purpose is to help customers get their financial wellbeing back on track. Each situation is unique and some customers may have simply forgotten to pay. You will also have data entry and use of IT skills as you will be using systems to track and gather information to offer solutions.
Our Client is looking for someone with good listening skills, who has the ability to interpret information appropriately and enjoy interacting with people.
