Based in Dorset and other UK locations but with a global marketplace Trakm8 is well placed to take advantage of current market opportunities. Increased fuel costs, reduction in operating costs and numerous employment laws such as Duty of Care are all driving increased interest in our products and services. Due to steady growth we are now looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Co-Ordinator.

The Role:

As a Support Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service and performance. You will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of customer solutions and providing administrative support. Working as part of the Customer Support Team you will be reporting to the Customer Services Director. This is a customer facing role where you will build relationships and rapport by providing excellent customer service and support.

Key Duties

  • Assist in the planning of new and existing fleet roll out
  • Creation of install schedules based on customer requirements and install partner availability
  • Liaising daily with Trakm8 installs team to ensure timely completion of installs
  • Communicate project progress and status with internal and external customers
  • Liaising with Trakm8 installs & technical support teams to co-ordinate post project service calls (where applicable)
  • Provide feedback to customers and our installation partners
  • Updating and implementation of process documentation and specifications
  • Complete project tasks within agreed SLA
  • On-boarding of new install partners

The Person:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work alongside department heads on various projects through to completion
  • Extensive customer care skills and experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent computer and keyboard skills
  • An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • An ability to work independently and as a team
  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
