Key Responsibilities:

Responding to high volumes of customer queries from our community across emails, website posts and social media platforms in a timely manner, ensuring each person receives the best service you can possibly provide whilst building and developing relationships with the customer. Working both as part of a team as well as working on your own and to deadlines. Helping to front our live chat initiative. Establishing and developing strong relationships with our key community members and designers Prioritise workload to ensure that our high quality standards are maintained and all deadlines are met. Admin duties as required.

Requirements:

Proven track record in a busy Customer Service Environment with relevant email experience

Immediate start preferred
