Customer Support Assistance – PART TIME – School hours

Salary - £8 - £8.50 p/h

Due to continuous growth our client is looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join their busy team in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the UK’s largest independent suppliers of high quality tools, fixing and building supplies.

This is a great time to join the company as they continue to expand and grow their three key areas of the business – Retail, Wholesale and Internet.

This role is based in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be focused and have basic IT skills. Additionally, the candidate must have strong communication and customer service skills.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone and email based support to customers.

  • Provide industry leading levels of support to all customers at all times.

  • Assist with tracking and finding parcels.

  • Make telephone calls to customers.

  • Provide feedback to the relevant teams to enhance products and services for clients.

  • Create FAQ’s and customer help documentation.

  • Provide support for an affiliate programme.

  • Deal with customer complaints and queries.

  • Manage product returns.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service.

  • Good IT skills.

  • Experience dealing with Amazon/Ebay.

Working hours – Monday to Friday 8am to 3pm – Saturdays occasionally 8am to 1pm
