My client is looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join there hardworking and friendly team. To be successful you will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment, be able to multi-task and do so in a positive and friendly way ensuring you resolve all issues in a positive and timely manner at all times.
The role involves speaking to many different customers over the phone, answering emails and making changes to customers bookings, updating prices/discounts and chasing queries.
You will be working in a busy contact centre in a beautiful, modern city centre office which is very easily accessible via public transport. In return for your hard work you will be given a comfortable environment to work in, a great starting salary of £16,500 per annum, 28 days holiday, an annual bonus scheme, private medical, staff discounts, free travel insurance and more! You would be working on a rota basis which will include some evening work (no later than 7pm) and some weekends, so some flexibility is required.
