Solutions are delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Support and Social Media Executive. The position is on a full time, permanent bases. Duties will include:
Taking customer calls, responding to customer emails and contact through social media channels. You will be first line support, answering any questions customers may have and providing comprehensive daily support.
You will also be responsible for implementing daily B2B social engagement campaigns across products and actively respond to interactions in a swift, helpful and informative way.
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
Excellent customer service skills ideally within sales leads conversions
Proven B2B Digital Marketing experience
Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, emails, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Great attention to detail skills when positing online
Experience of target audience and devising digital campaigns
Sound knowledge of analytical tools such as: Google Analytics and Hootsuite
Solid knowledge of graphic design packages including: Canva, Pikochart, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
Experience of setting up and optimising minor targeted Google AdWords and LinkedIn campaigns.
