Customer Support Agent

iRecruit Specialist are recruiting for a Customer Support Agent for a client in Andover. You will be providing support on software to clients and making sure that the customer is at the heart of everything you do and receives exceptional customer service.

Key Tasks:

  • Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner and log queries/calls on the CRM
  • Familiarity with all bespoke software functions to enable solving as many enquiries as possible on first contact (training on software systems will be provided)
  • Working towards solving customers problems, including replicating issues, downloading and
  • Restoring data using the FTP and SQL server, and working through processes that
  • customers are trying to achieve
  • Log any issues to CRM which developers need to resolve

This position is suitable for a recent school leaver with A-Levels or a recent graduate.
