Customer Support Agent

Fantastic opportunity for an individual to join a forward thinking and highly successful travel company specialising in Orlando attraction tickets and car rental. Individuals will be working in a small and friendly team and will be at times selected to attend FAM trips to Orlando to further assist clients when booking their experiences.

You will be required to undertake training to fully understand all of the company’s products and services in full detail to enable you to fully support customers enquiries in order for them book the packages and tickets that best suit their needs.

You will be liaising with customers through email and online chat facilities as well as phone, you will have excellent communications skills with a professional and bubbly disposition. You will have to have excellent attention to detail as you will be responsible for processing customer orders, inputting correct travellers information and producing ticket allocations.

In addition you will be required to print and pack orders ready to be despatched to clients and assist with social media marketing.

Working for this hugely successful company you will need to be able to demonstrate a team player and motivated attitude with a keen passion and interest for Orlando attraction parks.
