Juice is excited to be working with a successful start up technology business who are looking for an experienced Customer Support Advisor.

This is a temporary assignment with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and guide the customers

Provide exceptional customer service through technical support to customers via ticketing system

Be confident answering customer queries via phone, email and in-app customer relations tools

About You:

You will be a seasoned customer support advisor.

Be familiar with various iOS and Android devices to be able to advise customers with different devices quickly and efficiently.

You will be a friendly and approachable individual who ideally has knowledge of apps
