Your future employer is currently on the lookout for a Customer Support Advisor to join their internal Customer Service and Sale Support team.

What will I be doing as a Customer Support Advisor?
· You will provide help and advice to customers on the products and services
· You will organise the production and dispatch of appropriate samples
· You will communicate courteously with customers by both telephone and email
· You will process orders accurately on to the computerised system and sending out order acknowledgements
· Producing job sheets, cutting lists, and going out lists for the production and dispatch teams from computerised system
· You will collate all paperwork in preparation for invoicing
· You will be investigating and solving customers queries and handling any complaints
· You will foster close working relationships with associated departments e.g., Sales, HR, Production, Warehouse and Accounts etc.
· You will provide written information for customers, often involving usage of the internal computer system and packages
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following Skills & Experience!
· Previous experience in a Customer Service or Sale Support role
· High competency level in use of Microsoft Office
· Youre a confident person with a professional telephone manner
· You have a proactive approach and the ability to overcome challenges
· You are tenacious, versatile and people orientated
· You have excellent attention to detail and are accurate at inputting information
· You are result orientated and have a hands-on approach to all tasks
What is in it for me as a Customer Support Advisor?
· Salary GBP18000-GBP20000
· Company bonus 3-5% of annual salary paid quarterly
· Death in service

· 30 days holiday inclusive of the stats

· Working hours 8am-5pm Mon-Fri with 4.10pm finish on a Friday
