Job Title: Customer Support Advisor
Salary: £16,500 per annum
Contract: Full Time Contract
Hours: 35 hours per week Hours: 35 hours per week (Shift work Monday-Friday between 8am and 9pm and Saturday 9am-5pm)

This role would suit someone with strong customer service skills and a confident, polite telephone manner!
- Processing sales orders
- Helping members with product selection
- Handling queries with deliveries, accounts and stock
- Handling complaints
- Making outbound call backs to members
- Processing credit notes and refunds
- Being aware of social media/website queries
- Good customer service skills
- Polite and confident telephone manner
- Good PC skills including use of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
