Our client is a market leading company in their field. We are looking for someone to work in the customer support team to start as soon as possible to work within their highly efficient customer support team. The role requires a high degree of customer service and you must be able to give clear and concise technical instructions over the phone and sometimes by email. To begin with you will be assisting with level one technical support, which mainly involves trouble shooting, before moving on to more advanced areas within the support team. This is a fun and vibrant department to work in!
Full training will be given.
- Managing high volumes of inbound and outbound customer service calls
- Managing your own customer service cases from inception to resolution
