Customer Support Advisor – £16,000 - £18,000 per annum DOE – Dereham - Full Time Permanent.

Our client is an award-winning internet based holiday car hire specialist with a strong customer focus and a reputation for outstanding customer service.
They are looking for experienced contact centre staff with a passion for being helpful and exceeding customer’s expectations. The successful candidate will join their existing contact centre team in providing award-winning service to their customers.
The job will involve:
- Taking inbound calls and replying to emails.
- Building a rapport with customers.
- Providing support to customers before, during and after the car rental period.
- Explaining to customers the benefit in booking car hire with them.
- Resolving issues during and after the car rental period.
- Going the extra mile to exceed customer’s expectations at all times.
What they require:
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- A confident, friendly and polite telephone manner.
- Ability to empathise with all types of customer.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Good time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience of complaint handling would be an advantage.
Hours: 8am-8pm Monday to Saturday and Bank Holidays.
Salary: £16,000-£18,000 (depending upon experience)
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days plus Bank Holidays.
Based at their head office in Dereham, Norfolk.
