What will the role involve:
- Working as part of team, dealing with customer complaints through a variety of channels
- Ensuring customers are supported from receipt through to resolution
- Investigating each case, providing a fair and reasonable outcome
- Providing exceptional customer service within a regulated environment
- An excellent communicator both verbal and written
- A passion for great customer service along with proven experience
- Resilient - dealing with with complaints can be challenging but the rewards are great
