Hours: Monday - Saturday 37hours
Salary: £competitive

The company
What will the role involve:

  • Working as part of team, dealing with customer complaints through a variety of channels
  • Ensuring customers are supported from receipt through to resolution
  • Investigating each case, providing a fair and reasonable outcome
  • Providing exceptional customer service within a regulated environment

Person Specification

  • An excellent communicator both verbal and written
  • A passion for great customer service along with proven experience
  • Resilient - dealing with with complaints can be challenging but the rewards are great
