About you:
As a Customer Support Adviser you will be a trusted adviser to both internal and external stakeholders providing outstanding support and guidance on our web based Finance software solutions. You will have a passion for customer service, an eye for detail and be comfortable working with web based finance products

Day-to-day, you will:
• Exceeding customer expectations and having a passion for service excellence
• Supporting schools and academies in the use of our suite of products
• Become an expert in the products you work with

As a well-rounded Customer Support Adviser, your Skills and Experiences likely include:
• AAT Qualified or higher
• Previous experience working in a finance based role
• Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
