Our very well established and successful client based in Stonehouse currently have a brand new permanent opportunity for a Customer Support Administrator to join the existing friendly and fun team.
Our client is happy to look at experienced candidates or candidates who are looking for an entry level opportunity into the office environment. Full training will be provided.
In exchange for your commitment, you will be working as part of a team enabling you to gain valuable skills in customer care, administration and problem solving.
To process customer orders, liaise with customers and suppliers by telephone and general administration. Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise with customers. Contribute to the smooth running of all daily operations.
The role would suit a motivated and friendly individual with good problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. You must have GCSE minimum grade C in English and Maths.
