Customer Support Administrator

We are currently looking for an outgoing, chatty and friendly Customer Service Representative to work with a fantastic company in Hove.

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with clients, account managers and suppliers heavily on email and also on the phones
  • Regular Customer contact both via email, post and on the phones
  • General Administration
  • Lots of written work on emails and with customer contract

Essential Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Very good written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Previous experience in a Customer focussed role, ideally in an office environment

This is a great team with regular Monday to Friday hours and a great salary of £20, 400 + Incentives.
